1. What This Website Is

This is an independent private reference site, not a government office. We cannot retrieve an official record, conduct an official background check, store government criminal files, or submit paperwork for a visitor.

Our content routes readers to the Madison Parish Sheriff, criminal courts, Louisiana State Police BCII-LCJIS, and the Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. Some pages also connect to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of access, you must not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from this site or a linked tool to threaten, intimidate, stalk, harass, or discriminate against anyone. Misuse may be criminal. This rule is especially important for the Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. Louisiana provides registry information for public safety awareness, not vigilante action or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

For a regulated screening purpose, use an FCRA-compliant screening provider and follow the laws that govern that purpose. Louisiana criminal-history dissemination is controlled by R.S. 15:575-588 and does not create a public, unrestricted LACCH name search.
